Alcoholic Ice Lollies

I’ve seen a few people posting their favourite ice lolly recipes since supermarkets dropped their alcoholic ice lolly ranges. They’re the perfect summer treat and are so easy to make – so I made four different flavours! Firstly, I’ll show you the ingredients and how to make them – you can find the finished products at the end of the blog.

Vodka Lime

You will need:

Vodka; Lime and Elderflower Sparkling Drink; Limes

3.jpg

Method:

Pour a double shot of vodka into a glass.

Add the Lime and Elderflower drink.

Squeeze half a lime into the glass.

Cut two small lime slices for decoration.

Pour into ice lolly mould and put in freezer to set.

Strawberry and Prosecco

You will need:

Prosecco; Strawberries

5.jpg

Method:

Pour prosecco into the ice lolly moulds, leaving a 1-2 centimetre gap at the top.

De-stem and half strawberries and add to prosecco.

Pop in the freezer.

(can it get any easier than that?)

Cherry Amoretto Sour

You will need:

Amoretto; Coca-cola; Cherries

6.jpg

Method:

Pour a double shot of amoretto into a glass.

Top up with Coca-cola.

Half and de-stone cherries.

Add two halves of cherries into each mould and add the amoretto and coke.

Freeze in the freezer.

Peach and Prosecco

You will need:

Prosecco; Peach cordial; Peaches

8.jpg

Method

Pour a dash of peach cordial into a glass and top up with prosecco.

Add small slices of peach. I’m using Lidl’s doughnut peaches (65p for 6).

Pour into ice lolly moulds and pop into the freezer.

Are you ready to see the finished ice lollies?

Let me know what recipes you want to try, or if you already have, what was it?
