Zoella, Tanya Burr, Fleur de Force; all of your favourite YouTubers and beauty bloggers are using this concealer and it’s only £3.99.
If you want to know how I managed to go from this, to this – then read on.
The Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer comes in four shades, including pale as well as cool and warm tones. I always struggle to find a concealer for my skin tone as apparently nowhere stocks ‘sheet white’, but Collection have got my shade spot on with ‘Fair 1’.
It’s a super creamy formula and applies like a dream; it isn’t heavy or cakey, and blends easily with a beauty blender.
I used this to cover my dark circles and blemishes after a dirty weekend at Y Not Festival with next to no sleep. You only need a small amount and it doesn’t need a second layer for your eyes. It’s super brightening and full coverage, so you look like you’ve either had amazing nights of sleep since the day you were born, or you just had 10 espresso shots before work. In actual fact, you feel like shit, it’s Monday morning and the coffee machine is broken, but no-one would ever know.
I also used this to clean up my brows to create a nice defined line. I find that some concealers with this kind of wand applicator can bleed away from where you applied the product, but the Collection Lasting Perfection stays put. It also makes a really nice eye primer and smooth base for your eye shadow. You can even use it to create a Ru Paul’s Drag Race-worthy killer contour.
I’m not surprised this concealer is flying off the shelves. If it’s good enough for Zoella, it’s good enough for me. Don’t think I’ll ever use another concealer again!
