I first heard of Unibox when Out Of Tea Bags reviewed it (check out her post here.) I thought it looked like a really helpful and thoughtful subscription box dedicated to de-stressing, fuelling and adding a bit of fun to student life.
This month’s box is Halloween ‘Hocus Focus’ themed, so has some spooky goodies for you at just £21.95.
The box includes eight products, which is more than your average subscription box where you receive 4-6 products on average.
There are two drinks in this month’s box, one of which is a little bag of Black Circle coffee, which unfortunately I wont be using as I don’t like coffee. The other drink is a Froo-T drink of Mango, Orange and White Tea which sounds really nice! It’s 100% natural and one of your five a day – winner!
Everyone knows ‘I turn into a right diva when I’m hungry’, and I don’t get hungry, I get hangry. It’s a good job that Hangry Bars have provided us with these vegan, 100% natural, wheat, refined sugar and gluten free (basically absolutely no shit whatsoever) Cranky Cocoa bar. As well, Candy Kittens have popped in some fizzy peach sweets which are also gluten free and vegan!
As a Journalist I go through notebooks like they’re going out of fashion and new stationary is always exciting. Whitelines notebook has an app that will store the notes from your pad digitally too, so that they’re always backed up.
I also received a book called How To Study Like A Ninja by Graham Allcott. This seems like it’s going to be a really light-hearted, comical little book that you can always go back to for a little support, I can’t wait to get reading.
Would the October box be complete without some Halloween themed goodies? Unibox has you covered with some BubbleOff vegan pumpkin spice soap that smells like heaven and a little Halloween kit that includes fake blood, spooky glass stickers, some straws and a pumpkin stencil!
The little booklet also includes a healthy stuffed sweet potato recipe for four, which can be super helpful for students in halls/accommodation because meal planning can often be chucking a premade pizza in the oven instead of wholesome foods. As well, there’s a little pumpkin carving guide which I thought was really sweet.
Next month’s box theme is ‘unibox and chill’, a cosy box perfect for winter! ‘There might even be something for your toes’, Unibox tease!
If you’d like to subscribe, head over to http://www.theunibox.com/ – it’d also make a nice Christmas gift for a student you know, buy purchasing a 3 or 6 month subscription!
