Berry Bae Gin Cocktail

Gin ain’t your thing? Allow me to convert you. Gin will be the poison of choice this summer when you’ve tried this very berry concoction I’ve aptly called Berry Bae.

This is blog post number two in a series of cocktail recipes I’m sharing with you, you can check out my first one here.

This is my kind of go-to cocktail. It’s a firm favourite and you can’t go wrong with it. Simple, summery and sweet.

Berry Bae Ingredients:

Ice Cubes

Edinburgh Raspberry Gin Liqueur

Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade

House of Broughton Rose Syrup

Mixed Berries

As you should always do, place ice in your glass and stir it to cool the glass, then pour out any water.

Add a shot (or two if you’re feeling cheeky) of your Raspberry Gin. Top it up with Rose Lemonade, and if it wasn’t sweet enough already, around 5ml of the Rose syrup. Garnish with berries, it’s better to use frozen berries as not only will you not get weird floaty bits in your drink, but it will keep it cold too.

Gin always looks so pretty! I always want to try some because some of them sound delicious but I much prefer a light cocktail rather than some gin but I might give this a go x

I loooove Gin and lemonade ( pink gin is my fave) so many people I know hate G&T’s until they change the tonic to lemonade and its sooo refreshing!
