Gaia’s Wellness Advent Calendar has returned for 2025 with the same beautifully curated selection that won hearts in 2024 – and honestly, it’s easy to see why. Effectively a spa day in a box, this calendar is the ultimate self-care ritual for the festive season, blending aromatherapy, skincare, and relaxation into one countdown to Christmas.
Retailing at £160, or £140 for the refill version (ideal for those reusing last year’s box), it offers exceptional value with over £300 worth of Gaia products inside. Each drawer reveals one of 24 bath, body, or skincare treats, making it the perfect way to carve out a few mindful moments in the midst of December chaos.
The design remains elegant, just like last year’s, with a clean, minimalist design that feels totally timeless. The sturdy box feels premium and reusable, aligning with the brand’s sustainable mindset, and for returning fans, the refill option is a brilliant and eco-conscious touch.
The calendar features a selection of Gaia’s most-loved products including bath, body, skincare, and even a Citrine crystal. On the aromatherapy front, wellness enthusiasts can discover a collection of bath and body oils across the Awakening, Balancing, and Calming ranges, so you can select a fragrance based on your needs, be it to uplift, ground, or relax.
The Awakening scent brings an energising start to the day with its bright, citrusy aroma, while the Calming range is perfect for evening relaxation. Finally, the Balancing fragrance offers an opportunity to feel more grounded during the festive rush. The oils absorb easily, leaving the skin velvety smooth without residue.

While it was wonderful to reacquaint myself with the products I discovered last year, I’d have loved to have seen some new additions inside, be it a different crystal, or some of the other products from the Gaia collection, like the cleansing oils, candles and sleep sprays, which I’m desperate to try out.
