#ThriftyFashion: £15 outfit with Everything5Pounds

Jumper and funky trousers is my winter equivalent of jeans and a nice top. Give me flares, vinyls, tailored cigarettes all day any day.

My current obsession is with these black mock croc shiny wide leg trousers from Everything5Pounds – had I mentioned I’m obsessed with their site?

I’ve worn these shimmery babes for the best part of two months now, and I adore them. They fit great and there’s even a bit of stretch in them. They don’t at all feel how they look, and are actually super soft and almost velvet-y to touch.

I’ve since brought two other pairs of trousers in this material, and would recommend them to anyone. Much like black jeans, they go with blooming anything, so will always be worth that fiver.

They are slightly long on me, so a tall girl could definitely style them with chunky trainers, but I have to go for heels.

I ordered these huge platform boots as part of my collaboration with Everything5Pounds, not realising quite how chunky they were. They’ve given me the opportunity to channel my inner Spice Girl, since I didn’t get the chance when during Spicemania. Ginger Spice vibes all day.

They’re a leather look mock croc with a thick heel and chunky platform, which make my legs look like they’re up to my ears. They’re surprisingly nice to walk in, but my life do not take a tumble because you’ll almost certainly break a bone.

For a pop of colour, I wore this chunky cable knit red jumper – again, you guessed it, from Everything5Pounds. I love the high neck and the ginormous sleeves.

It’s slightly cropped, but can be easily tucked in without that clumpy look. I love this for a casual valentine’s date look, and the flared sleeves make it look a little more dressy than your average jumper.

You can see in my vlog that this jumper is super versatile and can be worn in so many ways. In my haul, I wear it with a dalmatian print skirt and wine croc heels – another date-worthy look.

I added the bakerboy cap and vinyl bag to toughen up the look, which looked great with the boots. Whilst the main outfit – sourced from Everything5Pounds – totted up to £15, the hat cost around £12 and the bag was a gift! Super affordable and brilliant ‘basics’ that can be paired with practically anything in your wardrobe.

Here’s the Everything5Pounds Haul if you missed it last time.
