I love that you can recreate this aromatherapy experience at home, allowing you to be more mindful and intuitive with your wellbeing.
The Awakening Body Oil provides a vibrant, uplifting scent—ideal for a morning boost—while the Calming Body Oil is deeply soothing, helping you unwind in the evening. The Balancing Body Oil, as the name suggests, is more grounding, helping restore a sense of calm during busy or stressful days. The scents are gentle but rich, and the oils absorb beautifully, leaving the skin feeling nourished without feeling greasy.
There were also full-size bottles of GAIA’s body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. These 100ml bottles are ideal for travel, but they’re also fantastic for daily use at home. There’s also a full size Face Serum and Eye Serum worth £55 each. Both skincare products feel incredibly hydrating, ideal as part of a morning or evening skincare routine. The Eye Serum in particular is great for targeting puffiness and leaving the under-eye area feeling refreshed.
As well as everyday essentials, there’s also some products featured designed for the days when you need a little extra boost. The Purifying Face Mask is great for an at-home Sunday pamper night, and provides a deep cleanse that leaves skin feeling detoxed. Meanwhile, the bath salts and fitness gel are great for the days when your body needs some additional TLC.
