Is it even Christmas without a little treat from Soap and Glory? Well how about 24 of them? The bath and body brand known for its pink packaging and delightfully fragranced pamper products is back with its 2026 advent calendar and it’s one of the best (and few remaining) under £50 calendars available.
The Soap & Glory Unwrap The Magic Within Advent Calendar contains 24 travel-friendly products with a combined total of £93. It’s usually priced at £48, but it’s currently reduced to £43.20, bringing the average down to a purse-friendly £1.80 per product.
In previous years, one of my biggest criticisms of previous Soap & Glory advent calendars has been that the contents could feel a little samey. There have also been occasions where the brand has launched new fragrances during the year, only for them not to make an appearance in the Christmas calendar. But alas, my prayers have been answered because the 2026 calendar has received a welcome shake up and stars two particularly standout collections.
And it’s not just the contents that feel elevated this year, either – even the packaging feels more premium for 2026. The box is designed like a festive wreath, where lifting the lid revealed 24 numbered boxes, as opposed to the usual perforated doors. Each box contains a daily dose of pink-themed pampering that’s perfect for a self-care sunday, or stocking filler stash.
Much to my disappointment, last year’s calendar didn’t include anything from the then-new Vanilla-Licious range. This time around, the brand has made up for it with not one, but three products from the sweetly-scented collection, including a body butter, body scrub and body wash. The range combines vanilla and caramel notes for a warm, cosy gourmand fragrance. The body butter is especially dreamy, containing shea butter, cocoa butter and coconut oil for ultimate skin nourishment,
There’s also a good showing for Soap & Glory’s limited-edition festive fragrance, Velvet Cherry. This year’s scent is a welcome change from last year’s berry-focused offering, with notes of cherry, coffee and vanilla giving it a slightly more grown-up feel. The calendar contains a Velvet Cherry body wash, body butter and 10ml rollerball fragrance, so you can layer the scent to increase the longevity. What’s more is that it’s small enough to throw into a handbag, ideal for popping in your purse for the office Christmas party or in the car glovebox for a quick perfume refresh.
The above products alone account for around a quarter of the calendar, but there’s so many other great finds inside, including the Puffy Eye Attack Under-Eye Brightening Hydrogel Patches. These are designed to help refresh the under-eye area and tackle the appearance of puffiness, making them particularly handy for those mornings when you’ve had a late night or have exciting evening plans.
But there’s also some Soap & Glory OG products that will have you feeling all kinds of nostalgic, from a body mist in the brand’s Y2K Original Pink scent, to the Hand Food Hand Cream, which is arguably one of Soap & Glory’s most recognisable products. While I’ve tried my fair share of spenny handcreams, this one does exactly what you’d expect a reliable hand cream to do, leaving hands feeling soft and moisturised without costing a fortune.
Overall, I think Soap & Glory has seriously upped its advent calendar game for 2026. There’s a much better mix of products, from nostalgic Soap & Glory staples to newer fragrances and ranges. And while beauty advent calendars seem to get bigger and more expensive every year, the £43.20 price tag for 24 products feels refreshingly affordable. More importantly, there’s a good chance you’ll actually use the products inside – whether that’s keeping your favourites for yourself or turning the minis into stocking fillers and little gifts to spread the Soap & Glory love.
At £43.20, I’d say Soap & Glory has managed to capture the spirit of a ‘little treat’ advent calendar rather nicely. Plenty to open, plenty to enjoy, and without quite so much damage to your bank balance.
